Hello,

I have a customer site that just got a new RightFax server with SecureDocs.

They generate all output with PlanetPress, and have a job that will be generating fax and securedocs images.

I know that I can use the SMTP gateway in RightFax to pick up documents to send, but I cannot get an SMTP message to the dedicated account for RightFax with the Fax information. This cannot be an out-of-the-ordinary request. Here is the SMTP address that I am trying to send to (for example):

"/name=Steve Oswald/fax=920-555-1212/" <rightfax@customer.com>

Within Watch, I get the following errors while in Debug:

W3233 : Error: 5.5.4 Invalid Address
W3231 : SMTP Email output failed
SMTP: W1603 : Plugin failed

I know the Descriptive Name field is valid for SMTP, so why am I not able to get it through the Exchange server to the RightFax account?

PlanetPress Watch is using a valid Exchange account to send the message from, and the destination account (rightfax@customer.com) is a valid Exchange mailbox on the server.

What do I need to check?

Thanks
