Is there away to create a "catch all" mailbox that will take email addressed to anybody how isnt in the company.

For exmaple a hacker will email foobar@mydomain.tld to get a bounce backfrom the server to get the internal server ip and software vender/version included in the header? How can I setup a "Catch All" mailbox so it just gets dumped there and no bounce is sent back?

I see, how would I do that. Using something like remove headers?

Sorry I am new to exchange and still learning!
