Greetings Everybody,

One of our customers said that a few emails sent to our employeeA and some other employees of ours resulted in the reply below. Has anybody every experienced this type of an issue? What can be causing this? Thank you!!!

This has something to on the Sender's end. Probably these mails that they are sending to your user is sitting in their queues.
If its the problem sending to your domain only... problem could be their mail server is not able to resolve DNS of your domain.
