1) when login to OWA internally using https://servername/exchange it just prompt a normal Windows login dialog box to key in username and password. I can access email but what happen to the usual login screen(FBA).
2) if i try accessing OWA externally when at home, it's just displace error page stating "Page cannot be display".

Am wondering what is going very wrong, anyone can advise me where should i check to resolve the problem.

when you try accessing internally. I think it will not give you the owa page but only username/password popup.

Have you got FE/BE setup? this will fix your problem if you have FE/BE setup.

ermmm....what is FE/BE...basically nothing had been changed since it was setup. what are the steps to check on to to really ensure that they are there and setup properly.
