For some reason, one of our customers is having problems email us PDF files. Emails with other types of attachment come through fine - just not PDF files.

I examined the Agent Log (Exchange 2007/SBS 2008) and noticed the following the the emails that failed:

P1FromAddress - (customer email address)
Recipient - (my email address)
SmtpResponse - Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering
Reason - Scl At Or Above Reject Threshold
ReasonData - 8

I'm trying to figure out the following:-

1. Where in the Exchange GUI can I whitelist this customer's address?

2. Why are only his emails with PDF attachments getting blocked?

3. What do the ReasonData values mean? Is there a list anywhere of what each value means?
