"Show Only My Working Hours" not persistant

I have a situation where one of my users (the CEO... figures) opens Calendar, and uses the Scheduling Assistant, but has to select the option to view "Show Only My Working Hours"... each time he loads Outlook.  It's not being persistent.  

I've tried requesting a meeting, setting it to show working hours, creating the meeting, and while Outlook is open and/or running, it stays checked... until he reboots his laptop and starts Outlook up again... then it's unchecked.  WTF?

Any clues?
