Hi, I just moved a bunch of users to our new Exchange 2003 server and now I get this happening, the drive store is on is 60GB, the size of the store is 30GB. Ideas on what to do? I didn't set any limits.... Event Type: Warning Event Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store Event Category: General Event ID: 9685 Date: 2/20/2007 Time: 5:29:27 AM User: N/A Computer: NOVMSGMB01 Description: Exchange store 'First Storage Group\MB01PRIV1': The current physical size of this database (the .edb file and the .stm file) is 28 GB. This database has exceeded the size limit of 18 GB. However, the logical free space in this database has not yet been evaluated. Therefore, it is possible that this database contains enough free space to bring its logical size below the maximum size limit. If the logical database size exceeds the maximum size limit, it will be dismounted on a regular basis. Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store Event Category: General Event ID: 9690 Date: 2/20/2007 Time: 5:00:36 AM User: N/A Computer: NOVMSGMB01 Description: Exchange store 'First Storage Group\MB01PRIV1': The logical size of this database (the logical size equals the physical size of the .edb file and the .stm file minus the logical free space in each) is 28 GB. This database size has exceeded the size limit of 18 GB. This database will be dismounted immediately. Thanks, Dave

Sounds like you are running Exchange 2003 standard with SP2, correct?? if not, then upgrade the server to SP2 which will allow you increase the size of the database upto 75GB. http://www.petri.co.il/change_store_size_limits_ex2003_sp2.htm
