Hello,

We have two Exchange 2003 front end servers, as far as I can tell, they are the same in terms of patch level, configuration in ISS, etc. Whilst connected to OWA via one of the servers, I (and other users) have found that if you type in a new email address in and click send you get a box that simply says "unknown" with a OK button. The message can be saved as a draft and then sent. What makes it more difficult is it is intermittenant.

Has anyone come across this before? I found one thread which talked about IIS permissions but they are the same on both servers. Thanks.
