i sent the message to three different domains and two of them received ok but "[Frown]" one of them come back as NDR with the follwing message:
user@xxxx.com on 10/31/2003 7:41 AM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
<server.ourdomain.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Spam threshold exceeded>

sometime i send that domain and it works 3 out of 10.

Anyone know how to resolve this issue. We have Win2ksp4 with Exchange 2ksp3.

Sounds like some of your emails are getting caught up in their spam filter. They are probably using some version of Spam assassin or other Bayesian type filtering.
