All of my Exchange users that are using the Exchange ActiveSync feature of their Treo 700 phones to remotely send/receive email are unable to send email to one specific domain.  We can email to that domain just fine from normal Outlook clients.  No message filtering was added to the Exchange server as a seperate server is used for spam/virus filtering.  Full error message is posted below, anyone have an idea?

“Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:             email
      Sent:                 3/7/2006 1:05 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      user@unreachabledomain.com on 3/7/2006 1:07 PM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.

Hey brother, Looking at the NDR

“Yur message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

This is something that is normally added by some software / hardware firewall.

I would like you to try email with say outlook express using pop profile from a remote location, i am sure you will be able to reproduct this.

If you fail to reproduct this then its something to do with formatting of Treo 700 thats is forcing the remote server to reject the email. Remember the NDR of a message that never reached destination is generated by our system, but this does not mean our system has an issue.

Thanks for the response.  It turned out, after some back-and-forth with the recipient that the messages were being filtered on the receiving end, and was not our problem.  Thank you very much for the prompt reply!
