Good afternoon!

I've seen several posts where the suggested remedy is to start outlook from the "Run..." command with the /CLEANRULES switch. This clear out corrupted or stuck rules that bollix up the mailbox.

Our users are running Outlook in a Citrix session. How might the /CLEANRULES switch affect different users?

The /cleanrules switch removes all mailbox rules from the primary mailbox named in the Outlook profile.
