Hello,

I have setup an active sync environment and would like to use the function: Remote Wipe.

When I log in on the Mobile Admin website, search the user and select Wipe. The device of the user says:

Exchange Server must enforce security policies on your device to continue synchronizing. Do you want to continue?

This is offcourse not desirable so i'm search for an option so the thief does not have to press Yes.

Anyone has a solution?

this means you are not enforcing the activesync policies within Exchange.

Go o the System manager and under the active sync area ensure you Enforce the settings.

Than you will be asked this question when you initially setup the device and never again.

After that Remote Wipe will work.
