Hello,

A user has sent a mail with a corrumpted file to 25 recipients.
The backup failed because it detects this file in 25 inboxs.

It exists a way to delete this mail in theses 25 mailboxs?
For example a rule (delete mail sent at 02:10PM with subject "..." ) ?

Thanks for advance

You can remove the messages and/or files using ExMerge.  Start the program and configure as follows:

Welcome screen
Click Next
Procedure Selection screen
Select Extract or Import (Two Step Procedure)
Two Step Procedure screen
Select Step 1
Source Server screen
Click Options
Data tab
   Select Users messages and folders
 Import Procedure tab
Select Archive data to target store
Folders, Dates, Message Details tabs
   Fill out as needed
Click OK
Click Next
Select mailboxes
Complete wizard

The "Archive data to target store" will remove the messages/files and put them in PST files (separate files for each user).  You don't have to keep them if you don't need them.
