Org Set up:

CCR Mailbox Server Cluster on WS 2008
CAS/HT Server on WS 2003 R2

Let me know what else you need and thanks in advance for your help.

I am getting the following output when I run Test-OutlookWebServices on the CAS/HT server:

That LSA DWord add to the registry got rid of the 401 error.  Now I have to track down why I'm getting the following output:

Hi,

Th errors about the incorrect name are caused by the certificate. Propably is only contains the external fqdn and not the internal. Both the internal/external names should be registered on the certificate, see this blog for more info about it:
