Ok, I have done single sever single site to exchagne 07.. We have an oppertunity to migrate 3 mbx servers in geo locations.. What is the process for this??

First plan your Exchange server placement in terms of AD sites and make sure it has minimum requirements like a GC server etc and then install the server to the Existing organisation and straightforward migration.

Deploy Exchange in each site as stated. It is then a straightforward migration where you choose the mailbox and then choose the new server and the mailbox database you want to move the user to.

In addition to what ravisha stated, I would make sure that you understand proxying and redirection. This will be necessary during coexistence and even when you have Exchange 2007 only.
