Hi.
I have an exchange 2007 Mailbox Server and CAS HUB Server running in my organization.
Users are using Microsoft Outlook 2003 to connect to exchange 2007.On hitting the Send/Recieve tab key in the MS Outlook,the users get the following error:
Task Microsoft Exchange Server reported error (0x8004010f):The Operation failed.
Is it something to do with OAB Folder on Exchange 2007 Mailbox Server.
Please Advice.

The 0x8004010F errors occur when there is a failure downloading the Offline Address Book. If your account is less then 24 hours old, the Exchange server will not have generated the Offline Address Book yet. The Offline Address Book is generated every morning by 6am. Please attempt to download the Offline Address Book again after the Exchange server has generated it: Tools > Send/Receive > Download Address Book.

I had this occur on 1 client who was downloading the OAB. What I found was that within their Outlook client they had deselected encrypting communication to exchange. Clients that were not experiencing the issue had the encryption setting on. This is set within the Outlook account setup on the security tab.
