I presently have one 2003 domain w/Exchange 2003 (abc.com). We now have the requirements to add a second domain, which will also include e-mail (123.com). Another requirement is that users from abc.com will also require an 123.com e-mail address and need to view simultaneously) My question is this: What would be the best way to address this, adding a whole new Exchange server to the new domain, adding users from (abc.com) to 123.com and creating mailboxes for them. They can also view both mail accounts in Outlook (one using IMAP, one using Exchange). Or just have our existing Exchange box (presently supporting abc.com) also support mail for 123.com. If I did this would the users be able to select the from account?? (as in from ??@abc.com or ??@123.com)?? Thnaks in advance for your help!

If your existing server is powerful enough then the last option would be to prefer.
In order to select between two or more sender SMTP addresses belonging to the same AD account you would need to use something like:
ChooseFrom for MS Exchange 2000/2003: http://www.ivasoft.biz/choosefrom.shtml

Surely if you use Outlook as your client software, Set up users as exchange client and the second email address as a pop/SMTP client user can then choose when the create emails which to send from
