Hello,

i'm trying to setup an unsual configuration and want to ask you for your help.

We have one mailserver standing behind a Fortigate Firewall with 2 ISP (static ip). Now i setup one mx-Record pointing to mail.company.com. Therefore i configured two A-Records with different priority. One pointing to our main-ISP (higher priority) and the other to the fallback-ISP. Now i want to configure for each ISP a reverse DNS record pointing to mail.company.com. The desired effect should be, that the mail flows over the fallback-ISP when the main-ISP is down.

Will this work or will i get problems with blacklists etc.?
