Hi,
I have an SBS 2003 server which is configured to receive emails for 2 domains. My MX records for both domains point to the same IP address and my recipient policy is configured for both domains. - Email is being received OK on both domains.
However, my users want the ability to be able to send from both domains.
How can I configure exchange to let my users switch from domainA.com to domainB.com when sending email externally.

regards

Hi,

If you would like to do this I think the only option is to create seperate accounts and change the recipient policy so that one domain is added to one account and another policy that adds  the other domain to the other user account. The primary account needs to have full permissions on the secondary accounts mailbox.

This because Exchange standard usesthe primary address as the reply address.
