Right, so I have set up public folder replicas from an Exchange 2000 environment and I can't replicate to a new Exchange 2007 server. HELP!

I can't find anything on the internet about this issue by the way. It all seems geared toward Exchange 2003. Nice.

I'm in a similar situation and found there are a couple ways to accomplish this. Generally though, the instructions for 2003 apply to 2000 as well.

The easiest is to use the ESM for Exchange 2003 SP2. You can use this to manage Exchange 2000. Right click on the Public Folder Database, choose Replicate All, and choose the server to move them too. This will move all the PF to the new server. Check the Replication Status and Public Folder Instances folders on each server (after refreshing them) to confirm that they're moved.

I've gotten this far, but now my Outlook clients don't see the PFs unless the old (E2k) server is running, even though I've confirmed all the PF are on the 2007 server and NOT on the E2K server.
