I have two 2003 Exchange servers running as backend mailbox servers. One 2003 server runs as a front-end RPC over HTTPS and OWA server. The front end server is not a bridgehead server for smtp and currently does not run IMAP or POP3.

Can someone point me in the direction of documentation regarding transitioning to Exchange 2007 as the front-end RPC over HTTPS and OWA server for 2003 back-end servers?

Also, would I be able to implement IMAP or POP3 on the FE 2007 server if it was the only 07 server in the organization?

Thanks
