Hello,

We have an MSX Site in Singapore. It contains 3 MSX 5.5 servers, (Two on NT 4.0 and one on Win2K Server). All servers are fully service packed.

Some time ago, they encountered an error when trying to generate an OAB on the server for the GAL.

They get, "Microsoft Exchange Administrator ID no: c1031662".
The application event log states nothing than the fact that it has called dr against the other server where the OAB Resides.

Can anyone help resolve this?

Have you tried deleting and recreating the OAB?

Hi there,

Yes. I've deleted the OAB from the server. Waited for site replication on all three servers, then rebuilt the OAB. I still get the same problem!
I have also deleted the English/USA language templates (default) from the addressing section and restored them from the CSV file on the installation CD. No Joy.....
