A user in our company is not above to send an email to a particular address without receiving the following DNR. According to our internal user, he was able to send emails to this email address a few days ago and now he is not.

Any Ideas?

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

email address on 07/27/2005 09:07 AM
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.

Admin Stooge,

It would be good starting point to get started, by checking Reverse DNS records.

Has anything been changed on your Reverse DNS record?(ISP side)
I assume you had it, since that particular user was able to send e-mail.

Has recipient policy been changed for expected Domain?

Is your Mail server in any blacklists or spamlist?

====================================
Try this....open you System Manager...Click on servers...then your server...Then expand your Protocols, and click on your SMTP folder....right click on your Default SMTP Virtual Server and go to properties...Click on the Access Tab and then relay and make sure that your "Allow all computers that successfully authenticate to relay, reguardless of the list above. That should fix it

OZ,

No Reverse DNS record has been changed.
Mailserver is not in any blacklists or spamlists.

"Allow all computers that successfully authenticate to relay, reguardless of the list above."

This has always been selected for our Mail server.

Thanks
