Hi,

I'm getting the folowing error when trying to open OWA:

"A problem occurred while trying to use your mailbox. Please contact technical support for your organization"

I've searched the net and found this microsoft article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941146) which explains I need to update the msExchVersion attribute using the following command:

Set-Mailbox User_Name -ApplyMandatoryProperties

I'm using one exchange 2007 server across a few domains, so i've enter the command:

Set-Mailbox domain2\User_Name -ApplyMandatoryProperties

but get the following error:

Set-Mailbox: The operation could not be performed because object 'domain2\user_name' could not be found on domain controller 'server.domain.local'

Does anyone know how I go about doing this in my situation?

I have fixed this now.

If anyone else runs into the same problem then you need to allow write access for the Exchange Servers group to the users AD security settings.

I tried with this solution and my version for msexversion is 0.1 and problem still found. What can I do ?

Hi
i've the same problem but for some persons not all of users . i've checked the command :
Get-Mailbox User_Name | format-list ExchangeVersion The Result was : ExchangeVersion : 0.1 (8.0.535.0) actually i got the same result for both persons ,the one who could logon to Webmail & the one who could not logon to Webmail . What should i do to overcome this problem ? Thanks in Advance
