Hello everyone, newb here but I have been using your forums a lot for setting up Exchange 2007.
I have my Exchange server pretty much setup but I am running to a problem that I notice many have and have not seen a resolution.
My exchange is single server/single domain with no edge transport.  I have no other servers that need to relay through my exchange and want all relaying turned off.  I have been able to to block relays from anyone trying to send emails to non domain accounts but the server still allows them to relay messages to internal accounts.  On my old email system I used pop before smtp to block this but I dont see a setting for that in exchange.
How do you just allow just allow emails to be excepted from other smtp servers but block people from logging into smtp to send email internally if they dont have an exchange account?  Thanks for your time.  I have done a lot of searching for this without success so sorry if this has been covered.  Tim
