hi,
i need to setup an exchange 2007 email account on outlook 2007. my problem is the outlook that i want to setup the email on is not on the exchange domain . i want to setup it and after that will let this outlook to access the email through the outlook any where facility. any ideas about how to set it up for the first time.

Sure.
What you want is called RPC over HTTPS and Outlook Anywhere. Google for those terms, there is a good article on this website as well.
Make sure you have a proper, trusted certificate that you have purchased from someone like GoDaddy and that the certificate uses the same URL/Name as you will access from the outside.

we are setting up the OWA and it's working fine, my issue is that the first time configuration for the outlook should be from inside the organization and this user is at outside and he need it urgently any workaround or solution??

The first set up does not have to be within the org. It's easier to test and troubleshoot, but not mandatory.
