Activesync Keeps Re-downloading emails

Status: offline 		Hi,

We have an exchange server with https and activesyn running properly for a while now but recently users are experience issue on their iPhone and mobile device where it keeps re-downloading email. The mobile devices are set to sync 1 month of email but when the check their email, it keeps going back to the beginning and start downloading email. Once it finishes downloading the email, it'll start over from the beginning again. I've check the event logs on the exchange server but I don't see anything on there except for event id 3 rpc proxy start up. Has anybody came across this issue before and know a solution for it?

Status: offline 		This happens to all of them so I'm pretty sure it's something wrong with activesyn or exchange server.
