I have migrated the server from SBS2003 to SBS2008 which comes with Exchange 2007.

When the user clicks on their public folder they see a list of folders ie clients. Within the subfolders are email clients and their addresses.
When the user creates a new email message and clicks on the To: button they see the Global address list and the public folders i.e. clients is acting as a distribution list. Is there an option in Exchange to make this viewable as an email address?

If I go to Public folders and chose the clients folder, right click, and go to Outlook Address Book and there is an option there but I dont want to go to every pc and go through this process.

Im sure its quite easy but I can not find the option.

So you can publish the public folder as an address list for all users. Hope that helps.
