When working in Outlook WebAccess (Exchange 2007 sp1), the Advanced Search option is missing for some users. Accually the arrows to show the Advanced Search options are missing. Does anyone have the same issue? I can't find any options in OWA or in Outlook 2003.

It isn't a local computer issue, when i login with a different account on the same computer, the advanced search option is available!

So not in the Outlook client (desktop) but in Outlook Web Access!

Any update to this?

I am also having trouble.

I'm thinking about running this command to re-index the search database:

ResetSearchIndex.ps1 [-force] -all
