I am unclear about what servers names need to be in my certificate:
I know I need autodisocover, Client Access Server Netbios and FQDN names, UM Server Netbios and FQDN names, but if my mailbox roles are on their own server do they need to be included?

Thanks in advance and many apologies if this has already been covered in a previous post.

No, the mailbox location is obtained using autodiscover.

So, you need all that you have identified PLUS autodiscover.domain.com (unless you are using SRV records for this)
