I have a client on Exchange 2010. They're using Outlook 2010. ONE employee keeps getting a popup login screen on his Windows 7 desktop for some reason. I don't know why but it appears to be tied to the settings in the Microsoft Exchange Proxy Settings section of Outlook. I did not set these on the client side but it keeps populating on his computer and the authentication is BASIC. This is a desktop computer (does not travel outside the LAN) so I don't need this setup. But when I uncheck the HTTP proxy settings option it keeps coming back...as does that login screen.

Why is this happening and how can I turn this off for this user?

Note: it does not affect Outlook's ability to access email. He usually just closes the dialog box but it keeps coming back (and this is the business owner, of course...couldn't happen to a low level worker, you know.)
