We are running Exchange 2007 SP3 with Update 1 on Server 2008. We are using RSA authentication (no ISA server).

When trying to download an attachment from OWA using IE8, I get this message:

Internet Explorer cannot download attachment.ashx

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

When trying the same thing via FireFox, it works fine.

Any idea's?

i have seen this solution on other sites:

open internet explorer
go into tools / internet options
click the advanced tab
uncheck the box ''do not save encrypted pages to disk''
this fixes a majority of them.
