Hi, My apologies if this issue has already been addressed. We're all presently brain drained... The short version: We have regular employees in AD who have regular Windows logons used at their own PCs. They can access their email in Outlook without problems. Our part-timers however... Login to general office PCs with generic logins ( typically whichever is available that day) and need to access their email through OWA. Many of our part-timers can access their email, but are unable to change their passwords from the default we set for them when we migrated over to 2007. (change requirement enabled at first access enabled on each account) Others cannot access their accounts at all. (Login and default pword entered, but login prompt just resets) Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks!

That sounds like an AD error rather than Exchange. Check the user accounts do not have restrictions on what they can login to, login time, user cannot change password settings etc. Simon.

Hi Simon, Thanks for the reply. Yes, it sure does sound like an AD problem... I thought so as well. But it's not. None of those options are enable on any of the affected accounts. Very odd. Any other ideas?
