Auto Attendant with Custom Response

Hi All!

We have conference rooms that are registered with the Auto Attendant (RegisterMailbox.vbs). We also had a custom response set in the file AutoAccept.config.xml.

The problem is that we have had a request to update to response. Post editing of the AutoAccept.config.xml file, I have unregistered the conference rooms and then reregistered them.

Now the auto responce does not contain any custom message at all. Below is all that gets returned in the confirmation email....

Your meeting request has been accepted.
Response type: 4
Agent Version: 6.5.7618.0

Can someone point out what I am doing wrong here?

Solved.

It turned out to be an xml formatting error.
