Hello Community,

I am experiencing issues with my Autodiscover. I receive messages that there is a name mismatch.

Exchange 2010 xchange4.domain.com
Webmail server: webmail04.domain.com
Webmail: mail.domain.com

I have a cas array called: outlook.doman.com

I also have a UTC certificate with all the server names: xchange4.domain.com and webmail04.domain.com and mail.domain.com

I have purchased the certificate from godaddy.

I see the certificate on webmail04. I navigated to IIS --Webmail04 --> Server Certificated. Should I delete all the ones besides my godaddy cert?

On my xchange4 server: I do not see my godaddy certificate.

What are you recommendations, Is it due to local certificates on my webmail04 server or the godaddy certificate not being on my xchange4 server? My xchange4 server only acts as my email server, no web requests go there.

Thanks in advance

How I set my autodiscover is A record and pointing to one of my CAS and this will allow quicker failover if the primary CAS has issue.

Hi,

Please give some additional info about your Exchange environment. Normally it should be enough to install it on the CAS server. This since clients will connect to this server for connection to their mailbox and the web services offered by Exchange.

But can you tell me what the internal names of your servers are, are you using the same domain as for external?

Regards,
Johan
