I have a question about BlackBerry Server and Exchange talking to each other.

I have been given the job of managing the BlackBerry's at work. I am installing BlackBerry Exchange Service on a Server (not on Exchange). The version I am installing is v4.1

I have Exchange 2000 running on a Windows 2000 Server SP4

I am having trouble seeing the Global Address Book when I do a user lookup.

I tried editing the MAPI configuration tab and I get The name could not be resolved.

Any ideas?
