Hello

is it possible to backup and restore one mail of a mailbox , using Exchange2000??? "[Confused]"

A single message?? The only way I know to back up a single message would be to use PST files but that isn't very practical. There are several backup programs that give you the ability to backup and restore on a "brick level" or per mailbox basis.

Galaxy Backup Solution from CommVault Software provides such capability. You can even query individual messages to restore according to subject, sender, cc., etc. You will need Galaxy CommVault Server + iDataAgent for Echange.
