Hey all, looking for advice on which antivirus program works best with Exchange? Also, cost effective (read: cheap) is nice, since money is a weeee bit tight at the company right now.

Norton Antivirus Corporate works great for us. Blocks infected attachments before they make it to the users on my network.

Hey, we are using F-Secure Anti-Virus. It is good not only for e-mail or web downloading scanning, but it is policy-oriented distribution software. Really cool.

We use Antigen. It can use multiple engines to scan the mail. It can also search for attachment names and content. Also has option to quarantine the files. It is sold by number of users so it can be installed on multiple servers.

Sybari Antigen has saved us multiple time. The way that Antigen scans for viruses is better then any other virus program out there. When trend and NAI get bombarded by viruses, there is a chance the virus will get through, but with antigen with multipe engines and the use of the ESE scanning tools, it is not limited to the mapi base that all the other products are.

We're using NAV on server and clients, lets us scan when the mail passes through the server and then at the client end again just in case. Comes bundled in with the entire NAV server package. Don't cut costs on antivirus or you'll just end up regreting it later (speaking from experience - last year we had no exchange mail cover and got hit be Nimda and Sercam, cost us about a week in downtime!)

Trend - Scanmail. Top product, and you don't need to restart the server when you have installed it.
