In small offices about 12 users with exchange 2010 and excessive \ massive mail delivery, which is the best configuration?
Send connector with DNS resolution or send connector with ISP smart host?

As hinted at above, there is a new option in cPanel 11.25 that allows you to setup the mail routing configuration at the time of account creation; ...
