Hi all,

My users are becoming increasingly annoyed when booking rooms as they are sometimes double booking!

One limitation I need is there has to be a public folder calander where people can see the calander for all rooms.

I set up an account that auto accepts meetings to stop double bookings but can I publish that account calander in public folders somehow or does anyone know a better way to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance!

Tom.

Options you have are

1. direct booking resource mailbox

2. PF calendar

3. auto accept agent.

Thanks, but how can I publish the calanders into a public folder?
