Best way to migrate from Postfix to Exchange

Status: offline 		We have our mail server running on Postfix. Now we have Microsoft Exchange already installed in another server.

We don't botter creating all mailboxes from scratch. The domain will be the same, so, what would be the best way to complete the migration? Is there a way that we can run in a mixed enviroment during the migration?
