I want to know how can I config to" block all email external, exception some email which I can add to recieve"
Tell me how

I use exchange 2007

Hi,
You can use anti spam. You can block external emails.

try this,
1. Open EMS
2. you can change to the directory or input the path to the powershell script (I chose to change to the directory) Change to C:\progroam files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Scripts (assuming install directory is default)
3. ./install-AntiSpamAgents.ps1
