Hello all,

Hopefully I can get help with the request I received. We have Exchange 2007 SP3 UR11 installed, the request is to block all externally auto forwarded emails except for a select few mailboxes. I have tried to do this with a Transport rule, but it does not seem to be working. The parameters of the rule are:

Emails Sent to users outside the organisation
And when the Subject field or the body of the message contains "Auto" or "Forwarded"

At the moment I have it logging an event, but this will be moved to drop the email and send an NDR to sender.

I have set it up like the above as I have noticed that when the email is delivered to the recipient it has "Auto Forwarded by a rule" in the email body.

When I have tried to do this from my account to an external account it does not seem to be logging any events (I maybe looking in the wrong log, I am looking in the application log).

Am I doing this in the correct manner or is there a more convenient way of doing it?
