Hi,
Im an admin in a company with ca 600 users.
Many users are in more then 1000 Groups because the Security of our fileserver is controlled with security-groups per similar project.
The users are through nested groups in this many groups.
Thats why many users cannot see the Free/Busy-Information from other users.
this is a known bug in exchange2007.
to fix this i create and publish  an grouppolicy with the Key:
HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Office/12.0/Outlook/Options/Calendar/UseLegacyFB as DWORD :1
Now the users can see all FREE/BUSY-Informations.
So far so good ... BUT:
Now the users miss a button in the Calendar-assistant.
The button for the resourcemailboxes "Rooms add.." or in german "Räume hinzufügen..."
Dont exist anymore.
After i delete the KEY UseLegacyFB or set it to "0" and restart Outlook2007 i can see again the Button but then i dont can see the Free/Busy- Informations.
any idea?
