I received a call from a user or outlook 2003 today. When replying to 1 particular person it puts the case to caps and hitting the caps lock makes no difference. Sending to other people its fine.

Its set to use the word editer in the options and when unticked it works fine so it has something to do with that.

I have

- renamed the normal.dot template file
- opened up word and changed the font setup back to default

It has also happened to someone else when replying to the same person.

I suspect it has something to do with the original senders word editor setup or the content of the original email. Any ideas?
