Hi,

I need to give a standard user in HR full access to everyones calendar. I have tried EXfolders which doest see to work and was hoping that their would be a cmdlet for it.

We are running Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010.

Can anyone please advise.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Please, see this link Share an Outlook calendar with other people
Maybe paragraph named "Share a calendar by publishing it online" is useful to you.

Thanks for the quick repsonse.

This works for individual people really well, but i'd have to either go into their mail myself and enable it or get all the users to enable it for me. Is their no way to publish a command on everyones mailbox allowing x user full permission to calendar?

thanks
