Status: offline 		I have problem in my Windows SBS 2003 server.
Recently, I want to create a new user account with the mailbox in the Active Directory Users and Computers.
Everything seems alright but user cannot login to the exchange by outlook.
Then I go to the Exchange System Manager and browse the server information.
In the user mailbox, I can't find the mailbox for the new user. And when I trying to add new mailbox store in the first storage group, it shows "This storage group already contains the maximum number of stores allowed" and the ID number is c1034a7a. Anybody can tell me what's wrong of my Exchange?

Status: offline 		This issue can occur when you are running the Standard Edition of Exchange 2000 Server or of Exchange Server 2003. These versions of exchange have a limit of only one mailbox store. Although you are still able to create additional storage groups, no new mailbox stores are created within them.

Status: offline 		But why do you need to create a mailbox on different mailbox store... What about the existing mailbox store. Are you able to create the mailbox, if so then what about the email address, are they getting valid email address?

Status: offline 		When I adding the user account in the AD and creating the mailbox by AD, no error occure. But I can't find any new mailbox created in the mailbox store. Can I have any method to create the exchange mailbox in the store except using AD Users and Computers in SBS server 2003?

Status: offline 		no you can't have any other method... because it is integrated with AD.
Now let me ask you this...
when you created the user is it showing valid email address => User properties => email address tab?

Second thing if they are stamped with email address are they able to login to outloook or Outlook web access?

Status: offline 		so that means your recipient update service is not functioning properly. And i know if you create another mailbox store also it won't work for you so we need to work on the recipient update service.

First you check the enterprise and domain rus both are pointing to right domain controller and right exchange server. (just for cross-check)

Then clear the application log.
Increase the diagnostic logging by following this kb article

Status: offline 		When you create a new mailbox enabled AD account, and then look in Exchange Manager, Servers, Server-name, Group, Store, Mailboxes and no mailbox is listed, it is because an entry will not appear until you send some email to it. If you send a test message to it, -then- the mailbox will appear!

Also, make sure you have the Exchange Tools installed on your machine to add the functionality to create mailboxes in the first place.

But I have no idea on what should I do after a lot of event 8011 and 8012 generated.
Any easier steps I can follow to check since I am a beginner of the MS exchange.

First of all check the rus properties is it pointing to right server or not.
Clear the application log
increase the diagnostic logging

LDAP Operations

MSExchangeAL
Address List Synchronization

MSExchangeSA
Proxy Generation (Exchange 2003 only)

Then restart the system attendant service...
Zipp the application log and send it to me..

what happens if you send an email to the mailbox you created? does it bounce back?

because as people here say, it won't show up in ESM until a user logs into it - OR an email is sent to it to initialise it - that's the method I use

could be RUS though - I found one of my users wasn't getting a mailbox because on the security tab in ADUC the tickbox  for inheriting permissions was unticked and therefore the Exchange Enterprise Servers group wasn't added

I have read the essay before, but I cannot understand too much since i am beginner in exchange server.

If i send email to the new user account, undelivery reply and said the email account not exist.
When I try to logon outlook , it is not successful .

Thanks for the print screen
you don't domain rus in the exchange organization that is the cause of the issue.

for successfull stamping of email address you need to have
enterprise domain rus and domain rus.. and domain rus is not existing at all.

Please run domainprep inorder get create the domain RUS.
