Some users uploaded the files to Public folder, but can't delete by themself. I tried to login exchange server with administrator right, when I open the exchange system manager and select the item to delete, it show me a message like that: Some items can't be deleted. They were either moved, already deleted, or access was denied. But I sure that the file is not in accessing and work fine. Any one got the problem like that and any solution? Thanks.

How many Exchange servers are in your environment? Is it possible you are having replication issues? Can you open the files? Are you seeing anything in the Event logs?

Only 2 Exchange server in the site, and no replication. I can open the file in client side but can't delete. (Client also got the Exchange administrator right) And no related messgae in event logs.
