I have a user who just recently received Exchange Disconnected in Outlook and when looking at connection status there are no connections to the 2010 CAS array. I've tried creating a new email profile on 2 different computers under his login and can't connect. I can use those same computers and add an email profile for anyone else no problem. I can add the users profile to my computer while logged in as myself no problem. OWA works fine.

I get an error:

Outlook cannot log on. Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable.

Can anyone provide me anything I can look at? I can;t find anything in the logs of the CAS servers.

I ended up rebooting all cas servers in the array and it started working fine. Now I have another user with the same issue. I will open a ticket with MS and update with resolutionn

Give user admin rights on his pc and check
