Can't move mailboxes - 6.Sep.2003 5:27:00 AM

I'm running Exchange 2000 Enterprise.
I created a new storage group w/ 1 message store.
I was able to successfully mount this store.

Now when I go into Active Directory and try to move mailboxes (from another storage group) into the newly created one, I get the following message.....

Task Summary: Move Mailbox

Started: Friday, September 05, 2003 4:09:02 PM
Finished: Friday, September 05, 2003 4:09:03 PM

Results:

Error: Connecting to source server.
CN=user11,OU=LC,OU=ADM,DC=xxxxxxxx,DC=xxx:
An unexpected, unknown error has occurred.
MAPI or an unspecified service provider.
ID no: 8004010f-0000-00000000

If hou have installed a antivirus engine on your exchange 2K System Try article KB296965. There are some issues known about moving mailbox in an environment with old versions of AV Engines installed.
